I have been a therapist for less than two years. In those two years, I have learned A LOT. Yes, I have discovered what modalities I enjoy using and what population of clients I work best with. But there is SO much more that I have had to learn in the short time I have been practicing. So I thought maybe a blog would be a way for not only me to process my thoughts and experiences, but to help other new therapist navigate this wonderful, amazing, but at times hectic and overwhelming field.
